How long are shipping times?
We are usually able to ship anywhere in the United States in 2-5 days and sometimes it might take 7-10 days
Do you offer order tracking?
Most of the time we offer product tracking, however in some cases it may be unavailable, if that's the case, contact us at customerservice@classyfashionchic.com and we will keep you up to date on your order as best as we can!
When will my order ship?
We generally can process orders within 24 hours of payment being processed and can take 1-3 days to ship. Please note that estimated shipping and arrival dates are subject to change according to the carrier’s availability. For multiple orders, shipment may come at different times and from different warehouses. Transit time is dependent on holiday schedule and excludes holidays and weekends. Generally, orders will arrive within 2-5 days, however in some cases it may take up to 7-10 days for delivery.
I submitted the wrong address.
Mistakes happen! Send us an email as soon as you can at customerservice@classyfashionchic.com and we'll be happy to assist you ASAP! Please note, we usually ship our orders within 24 hours so it's possible that your order was already shipped, but we will do our best to help you out regardless!
Do you ship worldwide?
At this time, we ship only within United States but will definitely expand to other countries in future.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return & refund policy?
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
We will accept returns of unworn clothing items with original tags and clear garment packaging with SKU label. We do not accept exchanges of any kind.
All swimwear, bodysuits, intimates, jewelry, face masks, and beauty products are final sale and non-refundable.
To return your product, please contact customerservice@classyfashionchic.com so that we can guide you the process to return as we want to make sure the eligibility of return before we provide the return address. This is to avoid customers shipping directly to the return address without us determining if the product is eligible for return.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

My order arrived broken or damaged!
Woops, sorry about that! Unfortunately, shipping can get a little rough sometimes, but we'll fix it if you give us the chance! Send us an email at
customerservice@classyfashionchic.com , tell us what you ordered and your order number and we'll be happy to help you out!
Why am I missing items?
Depending on stock and warehouse location, we may need to ship your order separately, so sometimes products will arrive at separate times in separate packages, generally we'll give you the tracking numbers anyway though so you'll know!
My order never arrived!
Check your order confirmation email for the tracking number. IF that doesn't work, send us at email at customerservice@classyfashionchic.com, tell us what you ordered and your order numbers, and we'll help you out!

Is it safe to use my credit card on this website?
We're aware that using a Credit Card online can be scary! However, our website is SSL encrypted and certified (As can be seen above) to give you safe and secure transactions, and all Credit Card payments are processed with our payment processor Shopify, the best in the business! We don't store any Credit Card information, and we will never share your personal information with anyone else, so you can rest assured, any purchase you make with us is as secure as it gets!
